Sounds like they just misidiagnosed/totally missed Endo on the right uterer as well. It is fairly common to have both ureters involved and even more common to have a lesser-skilled doc miss it from there and a lot of other locations. My suggestion is to consult with a highly skilled specialist who truly understands the disease. Many offer records evaluation for free.

Getting help from a true specialist can make a world of difference. Good luck and feel better.

Most common symptoms of ovarian cancer:
    -Pain in lower abdomen
    -Bleeding from the vagina
    - Weight gain or loss
    - Abnormal periods
-Unexplained back pain that gets worse
-Gas, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite
However, ovarian ca is usually silent; there's no definitive diagnostic test, so sometimes patients present at a late stage.
From what you describe as your symptoms–urinary urgency , it seems likely that your bladder or kidneys (stones) are the underlying cause. Your MD should have a full workup for you.

No, you don’t understand what I mean exactly. There is no preventive exam possible since examination is NOT a prevention, it is a cure already. Women have been traped into magic circle when they were “forced” to mistook cause and effect. Real prevention is healthy life(style) in all means, avoiding the toxification, living without fear and stress, and absolute self-confidence about being healthy now, and in the future. It is some kind of beatitude and peaceful.

Most hormonal anxiety/depression is usually caused by thyroid problems, as is dizziness. Don't jump to conclusions too quickly. I'm sure she'll be fine.

How can women be so stupid to allow this humiliation? Those exams ARE NOT preventive of cancer and other pelvic deseases at all, it serves to its own purpose and those of gyneacologyst personaly. Women are overwhelming frightened and pushed to a total ignorance.

An intravaginal ultrasound may not show ovarian cancer, but it will show a mass or thickening of the uterine wall. I have breast cancer and now I have all the signs of ovarian cancer, first step ultrasound. Then they will do a CT scan, I can’t have an MRI as I already have a port for my chemtherepy, please don’t discount what and ultrasound can show, these are all steps in diagnosis and with Health Insurance in the US you have to go through the steps they tell you to.

You are partly right , the only way to diagnose ovarian cancer is only through a MRI scan (not even ultrasound shows cancer and it is often misdiagnosed.).

If everyone had a whole body MRI yearly, we would catch every disease in very early stages. Vaginal exams are only to check the cervix or infections. You are right.
