As you can see they are not connected at all.
You need to see your doctor, who may refer you to a neurologist.

Posture is very important. It’s hard to imagine how our posture is negleted at work sitting all day in the office…

My brother-in-law's dr gives him vicodin for it; he only takes it at night.

Yes, absolutely, anyone could get it. Sciatica is a symptom caused by something (usually a herniated disc in your lower back which can be caused by lifting something the wrong way) putting pressure on the sciatic nerve.
On that note, it doesn't sound to me like what you are suffering from is sciatica. Sciatic pain is generally quite minor (or non-existent) in the back itself despite originating there (and if you have any at all in the back it's usually around the area of the tailbone). If you had sciatica, you would feel a very sharp and sometimes crippling pain originating in the buttocks or top of the thigh and radiating down your leg (at least to the knee, sometimes all the way to the foot). It usually only effects one side of the body. Sometimes there's tingling and numbness in the leg or foot to go along with it.
Regardless of what it is, I would suggest you go see a doctor as soon as possible as it sounds like you're in a lot of discomfort.
Good luck!

You made some good points there. I did a search on the topic and found most healthy people agree with what you said.

Is there any Muscle building supplement that you’d recommend? I wanna try one but I do not know which is best.
