When someone gives you a gift, do you use it or keep it in the box untouched. Of course it depends on what the gift is. Life is a gift, and one day it will end. Are you going to keep it in the box or use it?

Cancer can spread sometimes very quick. I have known numerous cancer patients with lung cancer that it had spread to the brain. There is really no right answer on how fast this can happen. Depends on the individual.

My aunt had lung cancer and could not travel long distance. It just depends on how strong your grandmother is and if she feel up to it.

we need population control and lung cancer is part of the solution. imagine if hitler is imortal that would be scary! therefore everyone must die to make way for the next child who will change the world or cause more problems. death is good so is birth. it needs to be balance. too much people would be scary! humans are dangerous because of their ambition and creativity. SO IF U DONT DIE FROM LUNG CANCER YOU WILL DIE FROM GLOBAL WARMING ATOMIC BOMB OR CHEMICAL WEAPON OR DEADLY DISEASE.

I would say it starts to really pick up at 1 month if you smoke more than two a day month and a half if less.
